Abstract

The purpose of this tudy is to clarify the actual conditions of the plan composition of expreswayservice facilities. This tudy investigated the character istics of both indor space and outdorspace of 15 service facilities, and then analyzed atribute s of users by the plan type along withtheir perception on the facility usage.The results of this tudy are sumarized as folows;1) When analyzing the atributes of expresway service faci lities users, 36% respondents aidthat hey used the xpresway service facilities just o res t. The average distance of using theservice plaza was found to be aproximately 67 . ㎞ 2) In terms of the indor space of the xpresway service faci lities, as basic paterns,B(D+S+W)-type(53%), A(S+D+W)-type(40%), C(S+W+D)- type(7%) were found in order. al theservice facilities ned to expand them.
