초록
This study investigated the relationship between the perceived benefits of a slow-aging diet and the theory of planned behavior. For the study sample, a survey was conducted from October 1, 2025, with individuals aged 20 years or older who had experienced a slow-aging diet. A total of 264 questionnaires were collected from October 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025, and 264 questionnaires were used for empirical analysis. The collected data were analyzed using frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS/WIN 22.0 statistical package. The results showed a significant positive effect on attitudes toward a slow-aging diet in areas such as digestive and metabolic function, musculoskeletal and immune health, mental health, and sleep. However, no significant effect was observed on skin health. Furthermore, attitudes toward a slow-aging diet, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control were found to have a significant positive effect on behavioral intentions. Based on these results, the relationship between the perceived benefits of the health belief model and the theory of planned behavior was investigated and behavioral intentions toward a slow-aging diet were analyzed. Through this, we aim to identify key factors that increase the willingness to adopt a slow-aging diet and contribute to the development of effective dissemination strategies to promote healthy life expectancy. Furthermore, we expect this to raise awareness of the slow-aging diet and provide an opportunity to develop practical and specific measures to overcome the aging problem and health crisis in modern society and promote health.
