연구 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 어린이집 이용 부모의 보육정책 및 보육서비스에 대한 인식 및 요구도를 분석하여 지역적 보육특성에 적합한 보육정책 개발 및 운영의 필요성을 제안하고자 한다. 연구 방법: A군 어린이집 이용 부모 800명을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였고, 최종 501부의 설문응답에 대해 기술통계분석을 실시하였다. 연구 내용: A군 어린이집 이용 부모들의 보육정책 및 보육서비스 요구를 분석하고자 한다. 결론 및 제언: 학부모들은 자녀를 보호하고 양육해주는 측면에서 보육을 이용하고 있었고, 질 높은 보육에 대한 요구가 확인되었다. 또한 부모들의 약 70%가 보육정책에 대해 잘 모른다고 나타나 보육정책에 대한 적극적인 홍보 및 효과적인 안내가 필요하다. 보육정책 요구 분석 결과 지자체 차원의 보육비 확대, 영유아 놀이･문화시설 확충, 다양한 보육시간 운영 순으로 나타났다. 보육서비스 요구 분석 결과 보육 및 육아지원서비스 종합정보제공, 보육관련 온라인 소통창구 개설, 양육상담과 부모교육 순으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 지역적 보육 특성에 적합하며, 수요자 요구를 반영한 보육정책 개발 및 운영의 필요성을 제안하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze parents' recognition and demand for childcare policies and services. A survey was conducted on parents using daycare centers in local country A, and descriptive statistical analysis was conducted on the final 501 survey responses collected. Parents had demands for high-quality childcare. In addition, about 70% of parents responded that they did not know about childcare policies. As a result of analyzing childcare policy needs, it was found that childcare expenses were expanded at the local government level, play and cultural facilities for infants and young children were expanded, and various childcare hours were operated.
