Abstract

Donggae Johyeongdo was a soldier bureaucracy from scholar bureaucracy test in Chooson dynasty. He gathered the Righteous army and fought during the Imjin War. He performed the staff role very well. Soon after he passed the test of soldier bureaucracy and became soldier bureaucracy or provincial minister. Finally, he was promoted to comparable second grade of bureaucracy. He was an exemplary politics for people where he go. Also he re-established the school and educated human resources. Until the last moment, he walked down his life for the country. Despite the age of seventy years old, he went to war in order to rescue king Injo surrounded by the enemy. His patriotism was very thorough. He was good enough to become a bureaucrat paragon in future generations with the true spirit of scholar. He accommodated academically both Toegye school and Nammyeong school Through his mentor Hangang and Jukyu, and his fellowship range also includes the right province and reft province of Kyeongsang. He wrote much high level poetry, in future by analysis these works we will be able to know his mental world deeper. Choson dynasty discriminated against a soldier, Since he passed a soldier official test, he could not exert his power. Thus honors after his death were also insufficient.
