진로결정요소에 따른 대학생활의 만족도차이에 관한 탐색적 연구

대학생활에서의 진로결정을 위한 개인의 환경특성은 진로결정과정에서 개인적 목표와 상호작용하여 영향을 미칠 수 있고 성공적인 진로결정 및 취업을 위하여 대학생활만족도는 매우 중요한 요소이다. 개인적으로 접하는 환경특성속에서 변화하는 환경에 적응하며 만족도를 높이는 것이 우선되어야 할 것이므로 본 연구는 대학생활에서 진로 관련한 개인의 환경특성 및 대학생활만족도에 대한 탐색에 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 위하여 대학생활에서 진로 관련 개인의 환경특성 및 대학생활만족도에 대한 선행연구를 고찰하였다. 구체적인 연구문제는 조사대상자의 인구통계학적 특성을 파악하였고 대학생활에서 개인의 환경적 특성을 중심으로 한 진로결정요소에 따른 대학생활의 만족도 차이를 살펴보았다. 연구 대상은 서울 소재 K대학교 2016년 입학한 신입생으로 편의표집을 하였고 최종 2,098명의 자료를 분석하였으며 조사대상자가 설문지에 직접 기입하는 방식을 사용하였다. 결론 및 시사점으로, 신입생을 대상으로 대학생활의 만족도 향상을 위하여 먼저 인생의 행복에 있어서 종교적 가치, 성숙한 인격, 전문적인 학식에 초점을 두고 사회기여ㆍ봉사 활동을 제공하여 장래 직업선택 준비를 조력할 뿐 아니라 자격증, 다양한 교내외 활동의 적극적인 참여, 그리고 고교 재학 시기를 포함하여 신입생 시기에 진로결정 및 관련 정보제공을 위한 사회진출 프로그램을 구성하고 학년별ㆍ주제별ㆍ단계별 등 참여가 수월할 수 있게 함으로써 성공적인 진로 결정ㆍ취업이 가능할 수 있겠다. 다음으로 진로결정 관련하여 가장 어렵게 느껴지는 것이 중요한 타인과의 갈등으로써 교육과정 속에 효율적인 의사소통, 갈등해결기술, 가족의 건강성, 관계향상 등 문제해결 및 예방적 개입이 가능할 수 있는 다양한 주제의 심리교육 프로그램을 마련하고 계열별 전문가를 배치하여 실천적인 경험과 훈련의 기회가 제공될 수 있어야 한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to exploratory on the environmental characteristics and satisfaction of university life. There are two topics covered in this study; the demographic characteristics of the subjects, the difference in the satisfaction of university life according to the career decision factors focusing on the environmental characteristics of the university students. Main results of this study were as follows. First, in order to improve the satisfaction of university life for freshman, we will focus on religious values, mature personality and professional learning in the happiness of life and provide social contribution and volunteer activities to help prepare for future career selection, active involvement of students in and out of university, and a employment program to provide career decision and related information at the time of freshman, including in high school, and make it easier to participate such as by grade, theme. Second, it is a conflict with others who is most difficult to feel about the career decision. In the curriculum, a variety of topics such as effective communication, conflict resolution techniques, healthy family, improvement of relations and problem prevention and preventive intervention are provided. It should be possible to provide practical experience and training opportunities by specialists.
