본 연구는 노인 계층의 디지털 격차 문제를 다루고, 선진국의 노인 디지털 포용 정책을 분석하여 우리나라의 정책 개선을 위한 것이다. 노인 디지털 포용 정책의 최적 방안을 탐색하고자 하는 연구 문제와 목적이 설정되었다. 이를 위해 선진국의 사례를 토대로 노인 디지털 격차 문제를 이해하고, 이를 해결하는 방안을 도출하고자 한다. 또한, 이 연구는 우리나라의 노인 인구 증가와 디지털 사회 전환의 현실적 문제를 다루며, 국가적 차원에서 사회적 이슈 해결에 이바지하고자 한다. 하지만, 본 연구는 주로 이론적 배경과 선행연구를 중심으로 한 문헌 연구로서, 실제 조사를 통해 노인 디지털 포용 정책의 성과를 검증하는 후속 연구가 필요하다는 연구의 한계가 있다.
Abstract
This study addresses the issue of the digital gap among the elderly and analyzes the digital inclusion policies of the elderly in developed countries to contribute to improving our country's policies. The research problem and purpose were set to explore the optimal plan for digital inclusion policies for the elderly. To this end, we would like to understand the problem of the digital gap among the elderly based on cases from developed countries and come up with ways to solve it. In addition, this study addresses the realistic problems of Korea's elderly population increase and digital society transition, and seeks to contribute to resolving social issues at the national level. However, this study is mainly a literature study centered on theoretical background and previous research, and has the limitation of requiring follow-up research to verify the performance of the digital inclusion policy for the elderly through actual surveys.
