論中國傳統企業效率問題

Abstract

There are lots of reasons for the low productiveness of Chinese traditional enterprises. In order to solve out the low productiveness issue, Chinese government need to introduce a modern management system and establish a restructuring process based on the global standard. Through such a process, CEOs and managers in the traditional enterprises would be encouraged to improve the performance more actively. In addition they will accept fair competition rules, and concentrate on the management itself with a belief for the fair market system and expectable management environments. Therefore Chinese government should change the old policies by new one, which focused on respecting a market decision, building up a self-survival capability of traditional enterprises, and on reducing various social responsibility of CEOs. This paper will approach Chinese traditional enterprises in transitional period, and how hard it is to introduce and establish a modern management system for Chinese traditional enterprise even though the urgency of such efforts.
