Abstract
An important factor for successful economy in Korea can attribute to the special Korean-Style Management. For China, sharing a common culture background with Korea, the Western knowledge may be the best, but its Eastern neighbor-Korea’s experience may be more suitable for its need. Recently, Chinese enterprises have an interest in the corporate culture and the Chinese-style Management; the success of Korea in terms of the Korean-Style Management has provided them the good model to learn from. This article will discuss the basic theories of the Korean-Style Management first, introducing the concept of the Korean-Style Management, its definition and characters. It gives the readers a comprehensive understanding to the basic contents of Korean-Style Management which has promoted the economy successfully. This paper is organized as follows. The first section is introduction. The second section is what’s the Korean-Style Management and relative researches. The third section is the research-design and the hypothesis. The fourth section is the empirical analysis. The final section is concluded by summarizing above all.
