마잉주 정권 출범이후 양안관계의 개선과 내재적 요인 - 중국의 제한적 수용과 대만의 인식

초록

Does cooperative economic relations contribute to relieve political tensions between countries or regions? This study examines the relationship between economic interdependence and international conflict which is focusing on the Cross-Strait relations. Since China opened their market Chinese Foreign policy to Taiwan has increased their interdependence to each other and this phenomenon influenced to the Taiwanese perception on China. Chen Shui-bian administration used to argue Taiwan’s independence very strongly and it made people in Taiwan support their government. Now the Ma Ying-ju administration sublate the policy of his predecessor which was not a appropriate for Taiwan’s interests and try to reinforce the relationship of Cross-Strait through the more integration with China. The purpose of this study is to analyze Improved Cross-Straits Relations under the Ma Ying-jeou Administration, including ECFA and to suggest its Intrinsic factor.

Abstract
