周恩来外交思想的基础及其对中国外交的影响之考析
A Comment and Analyses about the Base of Zhou Enlai’s Diplomatic Thoughts and its Influence on China’s Diplomacy

As a famous diplomat who got a lot of praises from the peoples in the whole world, Zhou Enlai contributed a lot in China’s diplomatic history. His diplomatic thoughts derived from the Chinese traditional culture, Marxism, and some advanced thoughts of the West, such as democratic and civilization. In this paper, the contents of his diplomatic thoughts, which could be generalized as “seeking common ground while maintaining differences”, “coexistence peaceful”, “unswerving and flexible”, and “contracting with honesty”, are analyzed first, and the influence on China’s diplomacy by his diplomatic thoughts, then, are analyzed. His personal attraction and special diplomatic models are formed according to it, since he himself is a perfect combination of realism and idealism. And his diplomatic thoughts worked as the most important basic in theory and practice of China’s new diplomatic strategy, which is to create the harmonious world. It’s believed that there is very important significance in developing the good relationships among all of the countries to do further study about Zhou Enlai’s diplomatic thoughts, especially in nowadays.
