The urbanization became a critical issue for the continuously sustainable development of China. Urbanization or urban expansion in contemporary China generally means urban-rural integration. The urbanization of China is closely related with the domestic market development, the agricultural problems settlement, industry restructuring, and the reduction of income difference among regions. The definition of 'Urban Integration' is integrating more than two cities in China which core city, mostly provincial capital city with sub-city geographically linked to core city. The Urban Integration also means that the two cities should take the other as one part of themselves. Urban Integration will run through the development of two cities, and all walks and all classes are involved in it. In China Urban Integration case started from the year of 2002. The purpose of this paper is to figure out that political, social and economic character of Urban Integration. Through the 6 case analysis of cities of Guangzhou-Foshan, XianAn-Xianyang, Shenyang-Fushun, Zhengzhou-Kaifeng etc., the paper examines what kind of practical problems can arise in the process and procedure of Urban Integration. Also, the paper investigates the overview of Urban Integration of China and examines the problems of those case. Finally, draw a political implications of Urban Integration on the view of central and local government of China.
