중학생 우울관련 변인에 관한 메타분석

본 연구는 중학생 우울관련변인을 확인하고 우울보호 변인군과 위험 변인군의 효과크기를 파악하기 위하여 우울과 관련된 논문 60편을 메타분석 하여 중학생 우울 관련 변인들의 효과를 상관계수를 이용하여 통계적으로 계량화 하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중학생 우울과 관련 변수의 상관관계를 조사한 논문에서 개인 변인 , 가족변인, 학교 변인, 사회문화 변인의 4개 변인군으로 분류하였으며, 각각의 변인과 하위변인은 우울 보호변인과 위험변인으로 분류하였다. 둘째, 랜덤효과모형으로 측정한 보호변인별 전체 효과크기는 -.281이고, 개인, 가족, 학교, 사회 순으로 나타났다. 성별은 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었으며, 도구별로는 NIMH, CDI, BDI 등의 효과크기가 컸다. 셋째, 랜덤효과모형으로 측정한 중학생 우울의 위험 변인의 전체효과크기는 .339로 나타났다. 위험 요인 변인별 효과 크기는 개인, 학교, 가족, 사회 순으로 나타났으며, 도구별로는 K-CBCL, ZDI, CES-D등의 효과 크기가 컸다.
Abstract
The materials of this study were based on 60 individual studies from January 2000 to December 2011. The effect size is correlation, and the analysis is based on random effects model because of heterogeneity of outcomes. The main findings are as follows: First, we categorized two main variables: protective and risk variables. Second, for the protective variable, individual, family, school, society & culture factors were in order. The overall effect of protective variable is -.281. Third, for the risk variables, individual, family, school, society & culture factors were in order. The overall effect of protective variable is +.339. Fourth, sub-group analysis was conducted and reported the results such as gender, instrument and so on. These findings showed that protective and risk variables were related to depression of middle school students. The psychological intervention and counseling might be effective to decrease the depression among middle school students. The implication and limitation of analysis results and the direction of future research were discussed.
