중국 부양세대의 요양병원 선택의도에 관한연구

본 연구에서는 중국 부양세대를 대상으로 부양자의 요양병원 서비스품질에 대한 인식요인(요양 시설 편의성, 비용 적절성, 의료서비스), 부모 부양에 대한 인식요인(경제적 부양인식, 정서적 부양인식, 신체적 부양인식), 위탁부양 죄책감 및 요양병원 선택의도 변인 간의 구조적 관계를 종합적으로 살펴보았다. 아울러 요양병원 서비스품질에 대한 인식요인 및 부모부양에 대한 인식요인과 위탁부양 죄책감 요인 간의 관계에서 체면 민감성의 조절효과에 대해 살펴보고, (외동)부양자와 (다자녀)부양자 두 집단에 대한 다중집단분석을 통해 집단 간 경로계수의 차이를 살펴보았다.
Abstract
Since 2000, China has entered the stage of rapid development of aging society, and it is estimated that China will be an over-aging society in 2036. Under the influence of one-child policy in 1970s, one family should only have one child and both late marriages and late child-birth were advocated. so it is caused the declining birth rate and sharply increasing numbers of one-child families. Getting old with fewer children, the pressure of the Chinese generation to support the elderly is rising. The research purpose of this paper is to study the intentions to select the nursing hospital of Chinese generation to support the old, and whether there will be a difference between those supporters who are one-child and with more siblings. With the help of professional analysis tools-SPSS and AMOS using path analysis to analyze 408 questionnaires filled by supporters. The main results of this study can be summarized are as follows: First, Hypothesis verification results indicated that the service quality(convenience, cost-propriety, medical-services) perception of nursing hospital significantly affected the conscience of guiltiness to entrusted care and the intention to select nursing hospital. Especially, all of the the service quality facotors negatively affected the conscience of guiltiness to entrusted care. However, the consciousness of supporting the elderly positively affected the conscience of guiltiness to entrusted care. it means that rising the consciousness of supporting the elderly is rising the conscience of guiltiness to entrusted care. Second, Susceptibility for social face as moderating-effect variable is statistically significant between the service quality and the conscience of guiltiness to entrusted care. Out of the service quality factors, only the cost-propriety is statistically significant. Whereas, between the consciousness of supporting elderly factors and the conscience of guiltiness to entrusted care, except economical supporting, both of the emotional and physical supporting consciousness factors are significant. Finally, In the case of Multi-group((only-children vs multi-children) analysis only 3 paths such as cost-propriety to the conscience of guiltiness to entrusted care, the emotional supporting consciousness to the conscience of guiltiness to entrusted care and economical supporting consciousness to the intention to select nursing hospital had significant impact.
