中国高等教育独立学院的发展历程和转设后的发展途径

Abstract

The establishment of independent colleges and the healthy development after the establishment is one of the important tasks in the construction of high-quality higher education system during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period of Chinese higher education. Its core lies in the scientific and reasonable school orientation, highlighting the advantages of the discipline professional system, reasonable structure of the teaching staff, balanced and high-quality teaching system and positive scientific research atmosphere. However, from the perspective of development reality, independent colleges still face a series of development difficulties after the transfer, including unclear school positioning, imperfect internal system and insufficient development momentum after the transfer, leading to the bottleneck of independent colleges. This paper first analyzes the development process of independent colleges, including four stages: new mechanism innovation period, naming pilot period, standardized development period and accelerated transfer period. Then it introduces the origin, current situation, stage planning and mode selection of independent colleges' transfer, and finally summarizes the current challenges faced by independent colleges' transfer period. It includes the dilemma of "non-choice", the dilemma of redefining the school-running orientation and school-running path, the immaturity of the internal governance system, and the lack of development vitality after the transfer, and puts forward corresponding measures. These measures help to speed up the process of independent colleges to better adapt to the development law of the higher education system, and lay a solid foundation for the high-quality development of independent colleges.
