이 연구는 인터넷 포털사이트 네이버(Naver)기사에 딸린 댓글중 추천수가 많은 악성 댓글을 선별하여 살핀 악성 댓글의 실태를 통해누리꾼의 악성 댓글에 대한 인식을 살핀 것이다. 기사는 분야에 따라 정치, 경제, 사회, 생활, 연예/스포츠로 나누어 조사하였고, 악성 댓글은 피해 대상에 따라 게시글 작성자, 댓글 작성자, 게시글에 언급된 대상, 제3의 대상 등으로, 내용에 따라 비방/비난 댓글, 저주/협박 댓글, 성적 수치심을 불러일으키는 댓글, 게시글과 관련 없는 댓글 등으로, 표현 방식에따라 [-반복, +비속어, +반말], [-반복, +비속어, -반말], [-반복, -비속어, +반말], [-반복, -비속어, -반말], [+반복, ±비속어, ±반말] 등으로 나누어 실태와 특성을 살폈다.
Abstract
This study is to select vicious comments among the comments written on thearticles of Naver, the internet portal site and to examine the distributive aspects andnatures of vicious comments. The articles were divided into politics, economy,society, life, entertainment/sports according to the field to examine, and viciouscomments were divided into slandering/blaming, cursing/intimidating, wising off,and others according to the expressive contents, and divided into posting writer,comment writer, target mentioned on the posting, and the third target according tothe victim, and divided into [-repetition, +slang, +talking down], [-repetition, +slang,-talking down], [-repetition, -slang, +talking down], [-repetition, -slang, -talkingdown], [+repetition, ±slang, ±talking down] according to the expression mode toexamine the distributive aspect and nature.
