This study discusses that the results of Glide formation in dialects of Wonju are different if we investigate informal utterance of conjugation. Related with y-Glide formation Wonju dialects, 'yə→e'coalescence did not happen in existing discussion. But 'yə→e'coalescence happened in informal utterance of conjugation. Also,related with w-Glide formation Wonju dialects, 'wə→o' coalescence did not happen in existing discussion. But 'wə→o' coalescence happened in informal utterance of conjugation. Consequently, related with w-Glide formation Wonju dialects, coalescence in informal utterance is more frequently observed in comparison with existing discussion.
Abstract
