초록
Linezolid-resistant Enterococcus faecalis strain DMK-009 was isolated from retail duck meat in the Republic of Korea. The complete genome consisted of a 2.97 Mb circular chromosome with a G+C content of 37.4%. Genome annotation predicted 2,766 protein-coding sequences, 12 rRNAs, and 64 tRNAs. The genome harbored multiple antimicrobial resistance genes, including aac(6′)-aph(2′′)-Ia, ant(6)-Ia, aph(3′)-III, ant(9)-Ia, sat4, erm(A), erm(B), lsa(A), tet(M), optrA, and fexA. A transposon, Tn554, was located just upstream of the con secutive optrA-fexA gene locus, suggesting the mobilization of these genes.
