생태체계관점에서 본 청소년자원봉사활동 지속요인

본 연구는 생태체계 관점에서 청소년자원봉사활동의 지속에 미치는 요인을 밝히기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 서울지역의 6개의 인문계고등학생 1,080명의 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 지속에 유의미한 영향력을 미치는 요인으로는 개인요인 중에서 성적, 도덕성, 자원봉사활동의 참여 동기, 가정요인 중에서는 부모의 자원봉사활동 경험, 부모의 관심과 지지, 가정생활 수준, 학교요인 중에서는 사전교육, 학교와 담임교사의 정보제공과 권장, 학교 내 자원봉사활동을 관장하는 부서체계 유무와 도움, 자원봉사활동 기관요인 중에서는 사전교육 유무와 교육의 효과성, 자원봉사활동 업무내용의 만족정도, 자원봉사활동 담당 관리자와 관계의 만족 정도에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of the duration of juvenile volunteer activity from the perspective of system theory. To this end, the data from 1,080 students of six high schools in Seoul was analyzed. The results of this study indicated that there were only minor differences in the following factors personal factors, family factors, school factors, and volunteer activity organization factors. Personal factors included grade, morality, and motive of volunteer activity. Family factors included parents' interest and support, and the level of house life. School factors includedthe rate of the advance education, the flow of the information and advice offered by school and homeroom teacher, the existence and assistance of the department related to the volunteer activity. In terms of the volunteer activity organization factors, these included such things as the existence and effectiveness of the advance education, the level of satisfaction of the volunteer activity and relationship with the person in charge of the volunteer activity.
