Abstract

I think that I have to think at two next points of view when I grasp the politics of the Kamakura Shogunate, and the one is politics of the authority, and it is one more administrative politics. The politics of the authority says the polity that general Yoritomo (Yoritomo) used autocracy power as a leader of the Kanto samurai as a form to appear in early period of government. The administrative politics is the politics that was in charge of Shogunate administration by the system while Hojo Family's of the social position of Gokenin gets over much political dispute. Yoritomo decides to assign a focus to Hojo who influenced shogunate substantially posthumously by this report. I study how Hojo built an administrative rule base while doing it mainly on Tokimasa Hojo and Masako to be concrete.
