우리나라 임신부에서의 B군 사슬알균의집락화에 대한 연구

초록

=목적: 임신부 및 그 신생아에서 B군 용혈사슬알균 (Group B streptococcus, GBS)의 집락율을 알아보고, 분리된 균의 항생제 감수성을 평가하는 것을 목적으로 하였다.연구 방법: 2005년 3월부터 5월까지 경기도 고양시와 파주시의 3개 산부인과 병원을 방문한 임신 35주 이상의 임신부 및 그 신생아를 대상으로 연구를 시행하였다. 미국 질병통제센터 (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC))의 지침에 따라 검체는 임신부의 질하부와 항문주위부에서 채취하였으며 채취 직후 수송배지에 넣어 72시간 내에 Todd-Hewitt broth에 접종하였으며 37 이산화탄소 항온기에서 24시간 배양하였다. 항생제 감수성 검사에는 평판 확산법 (Disc diffusion method)을 사용하였다. 결과: 총 273명의 임신부 및 그 신생아를 대상으로 연구가 시행되었다. 271명의 임신부 중 13명에서 한 부위 이상에서 GBS 배양 양성을 나타냄으로써 4.8%의 유병률을 보였다. GBS 양성인 산모에게서 분만된 신생아들에서 GBS 배양 검사 결과는 모두 음성이었다. 항생제 감수성 검사 결과 Erythromycin에 대해서는 53.9% (7/13), Clindamycin에 대해서는 61.5% (8/13)의 항생제 내성률을 보였다.
