청소년상담사 양성을 위한 대학 표준교육과정의 영역 및 교과목 탐색: 델파이 조사를 중심으로

최근 중독, 폭력, 자살 등 고위기 청소년 문제가 심각해지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 현장에서 고위기 청소년을 효과적으로 지원할 수 있는 청소년상담사 양성을 위해 대학 교육과정에서 개선되어야 할 방향성을 탐색하고 표준교육과정의 영역과 교과목을 제안하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 먼저, 청소년상담사 교육과정에 대한 선행연구와 청소년상담 관련 전공 교수 및 현장 전문가들을 대상으로 청소년상담사 표준교육과정 개발에 대한 요구를 조사하였다. 선행연구와 요구조사 분석 결과를 바탕으로 표준교육과정의 영역과 교과목 초안을 구성하였다. 이후 델파이 조사를 실시하여 표준교육과정에 대한 의견을 수렴하고 적합도를 평가하였다. 조사 결과 청소년상담사 표준교육과정의 영역 및 교과목은 상담기초, 상담실습, 인간청소년 이해, 영역별 상담, 상담 실무 및 행정 5개 영역과 29개의 필수 및 선택 교과목으로 제안되었다. 마지막으로, 개발된 청소년상담사 표준교육과정의 현장 적용을 위한 논의가 이루어졌다.
Abstract
This study explored the alternatives to improve curriculums for training youth counselors and providing effective intervention for at-risk youth. Our research specifically focused on suggesting the subjects of a standardized curriculum for youth counselors by analyzing previous studies and the opinions of practitioners in the field. To identify the subjects of the curriculum, we first implemented a need assessment to gather the opinions from professors and practitioners. We then developed a standardized curriculum with five sections and subjects based on analyzing previous studies and the need assessment. We employed the Delphi method to determine the final curriculum by modifying the eligibility criteria, the syllabus component, and the youth counselor's competence. Finally, we discussed the implications of these findings relative to the systematic application of the curriculum.
