기업에서 e-Learning 교육기관 및 교육과정 선정에 영향을 미치는 요소에 대한 고찰

본 연구의 목적은 기업에서 e-Learning 교육기관 및 교육과정(course)을 선정하는 기준과 방식을 분석하여 수요자의 요구에 부응하는 e-Learning 요건을 제시하는데 있다. 연구를 위해 외부 교육기관에서 실시하는 e-Learning 과정에 참여하고 있는 기업을 대상으로 e-Learning 기관 및 과정을 선정하는 방식과 기준에 대한 조사를 실시하였다. 조사결과 e-Learning 교육기관 및 교육과정 선정은 근로자 개인보다는 교육담당자에 의해 이루어지는 비율이 높았으며 이러한 경향은 기업의 규모가 클수록 더욱 높게 나타났다. 기업에서는 e-Learning 선정을 위한 주요 기준으로 교육기관, 교육과정, 수강료를 모두 중시하였으나 교육과정 자체의 질을 가장 중요한 선정기준으로 보는 것으로 나타났다. e-Learning 교육과정과 관련된 세부 요인 중에서는 학습내용을 가장 중시하였으며 개발 방식, 과정별 담당 강사와 학사 관리의 순서로 중요하게 인식하고 있었다. 교육기관 측면에서는 운영지원서비스, 시스템, 운영자의 전문성을 중요하게 인식하였다.
Abstract
This study was designed to suggest the requisites of e-Learning courses that correspond to the user's needs by surveying the criteria and method applied to select e-Learning courses in the corporate environment. The target of this survey was the companies outsourcing the operation and management of e-Learning to external educational institutes. As a result, e-Learning courses were selected mainly by training staffs not by the employees themselves, and this tendency was stronger in large-scale companies. When selecting an e-Learning course, the quality of e-Learning institute, the course being offered, and tuition fee were deemed important. Of the criteria used to select an e-Learning course, learning contents were considered the most important, followed by the method of e-Learning development, tutors, and general management. When considering e-Learning institutes, learner support service, system, expertise of operators were regarded as important criteria in selecting e-Learning courses.
