Abstract
comosumvar.plumosumweredeveloped.Invitrodiferent partsof bulbscaleasexplantswereculturedon1kindsofMS(1962) mediasup-plemented with various plant growth regulators to induce shoot and callus. Acombination of 2.0 mg/L6-BAand 2.0 mg/LIBAonthe middle part of bulb scale was the best for mass propagation ofMuscari comosumvar.plumosumof which production couldreach 64.4%.Key words -Bulb scale, Direct shoot, Muscari, Propagation, Rapid
