초록
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to provide trends on research articles related to health promotion policy conducted in South Korea so far, so that researchers can comprehensively grasp research trends related to health promotion policy. Methods: Systematic scoping review was conducted on the studies regarding health promotion policy. A search of multiple databases was conducted to identify relevant research articles published until April 2020. 425 articles met the inclusion criteria after screening. A literature map was drawn using lifecourse and area for visualization of the results. Results: On average, 1.7 articles were published per year between 1985 to 2005, while there were two big raises in 2006(10) and 2013(28). The largest number of articles were published in 2016(54). In terms of topic, research regarding general health was the majority at 101, followed by community mental health(90), physical activity(62), health equity(32), oral health(27), suicide prevention(20), smoking(17), and etc. In terms of lifecourse, research regarding older adults was the majority at 111, followed by adults(95), adolescents(45), disabled(21), children(9), and infants(4). Conclusion: The topics, which lack the research attention were nutrition and physical activity for infants, physical activity for children, smoking for adolescents, nutrition for adults, and cardio-cerebrovascular disease for disabled. Therefore, future researches should be directed to study these topics.
