단일 점막하 종양 소견을 보인 심재성 낭성 위염 1예

심재성 낭성 위염(gastritis cystica profunda)은 성숙된 선상피가 점막하층으로 침윤하여 다수의 낭종을 형성하는 비교적 드문 질환으로 과거에는 부분적 위절제술을 시행 받은 후에 위장관 문합부위에 발생한다고 보고되었으나, 최근에는 위수술의 기왕력이 없는 경우에도 여러 증례가 보고되고 있다. 심재성 낭성 위염은 내시경으로 점막하 종양, 고립성 또는 미만성 용종, 유경성 또는 무경성 용종으로 보이고 내시경 초음파에서는 작은 크기의 낭종들이 모여 있는 양상을 보이나 본 예에서는 비교적 경계가 명확한 단일 낭종 소견을 보였다. 저자들은 최근 우연히 발견된 점맘하 종양을 내시경적 점막 절제술을 시행하여 심재성 낭성 위염으로 진단하고 치료한 증례를 경험하였기에 이를 보고한다.
