토혈로 발현된 식도와 십이지장에 병발한 중복암 1예

초록

식도암과 십이지장암이 동시에 발생한 원발성 중복암은 매우 드물다. 더욱이 이런 유형의 중복암은 식도암의 조기 전이의 문제로 인해 치료가 어렵다. 그러나, 내시경초음파의 발전, PET/CT 같은 새로운 영상기술의 보급 그리고 소화기 병리학의 진보에 힘입어 이러한 중복암의 조기 진단이 가능해짐에 따라 다양한 치료술기들이 소개되어 시도될 수 있게 되어서, 중복암 치료의 어려움이 해소되고 있다. 저자들은 식도암과 십이지장암이 동시에 진단된 원발성 중복암 환자에서 화학방사선 동시요법과 내시경점막하 박리술 등 새로운 치료 방법들을 제안하며 이를 문헌고찰과 함께 보고한다.
