위와 간으로 전이된 악성 흑색종 1예
A case of metastatic malignant melanoma of the stomach and liver

저자들은 우안의 맥락막 흑색종으로 안구적출술을 시행했던 60세 남자가 11년 후 상복부 통증을 주소로 입원하여 위내시경 및 조직생검과 그리고 복부 전산화 단층촬영 및 간의 흡인침생검으로 확인된 전이성 악성 흑색종 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
Abstract
위비장 누공은 매우 드물게 관찰된다. 림프종과 같은 악성 종양에 의한 누공이 주로 관찰되지만, 위궤양과 같은 양성 질환에서도 유발될 수 있다. 비장 농양이 의심되었던 32세 남자 환자에게 상부 위장관 내시경 검사를 시행하였고, 내시경 소견에서 위-비장 누공을 관찰할 수 있었다. 저자들은 수술적 비장 종괴 제거로 비장 림프종과 주변 조직으로의 침윤이 확인된 악성 비장 림프종이 위-비장 누공을 형성한 증례를 보고하는 바이다.
