Neurological complications of Mycoplasma pneumoniae have been presented in various clinical manifestationsincluding acute disseminated encephalomyelitis, transverse myelitis, Guillain-Barre syndrome, acute brainstem-cerebellar syndrome, and rarely stroke. We experienced two patients with unusual CNS complications associatedwith Mycoplasma pneumoniae infections. One patient had clinical and radiological findings which are suggestiveof CNS vasculitis while the other patient had reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy. Early recognition of CNScomplications associated with Mycoplasma pneumoniae resulted in excellent recovery in both patients. 대한뇌졸중학회지제6권제1호2004년5월
