장애인복지관 직업재활 전문 인력의 보수교육 현황 및 욕구분석

연구 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 장애인복지관 직업재활 전문 인력의 보수교육 현황 및 욕구를 분석하고, 이를 통하여 교육체계의 개선방안 및 발전방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 연구방법: 2015년 9월 7일에서 10월 6일까지 총 130명의 장애인복지관 직업재활 전문가들이 본 연구에 참가하였다. 자료 분석방법은 보수교육 현황 및 욕구에 대한 빈도분석과 함께 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 보수교육경험 차이를 살펴보기 위한 교차분석과 χ² 검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 장애인복지관 직업재활 전문 인력의 경우 최근1 년 동안 연평균 1.33회 그리고 1회당 평균 9시간의 보수교육 경험이 있는 것으로 나타나, 보수교육 경험 및 시간이 상대적으로 많이 부족한 것으로 분석되었다. 주요 요인으로서는 참가할 시간이 없거나, 기관의 내부사정이 큰 것으로 조사되었다. 한편 비수도권에 근무하는 전문 인력의 보수교육 참여 경험이 수도권에 근무하는 전문 인력에 비해 통계적으로 유의미하게 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 욕구 분석결과를 통해서, 향후 보수교육 시간을 1일에서 2박3일 과정으로 운영할 필요가 있을 것으로 나타났고, 필요한 보수교육 과정은 ‘직종개발 및 전략’, ‘구직·구인 매칭’, ‘노동시장분석’으로 조사되었다. 결론: 장애인복지관 직업재활 보수교육 활성화를 위해서 교육 체계의 구조화 및 의무화가 필요할 것으로 보이고, 장애인복지관의 지역 특성 및 차이를 고려한 직업재활 보수교육 방법의 다변화가 이루어져야 할 것으로 생각되며, 마지막으로 장애인복지관 직업재활 보수교육에 있어 실무 및 사례 위주의 교육 강화가 필요할 것으로 제시되었다.
Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze Status and Needs of in-service education for Vocational Rehabilitation Specialists in Community Rehabilitation Centers and improve in-service education process. Method: The data collected in this study was analyzed 130 numbers, Vocational Rehabilitation Specialists in Community Rehabilitation Centers from September 7th to October 6th, 2015. The data of this study was analyzed with Statistical Package for the Social Science for Windows version 18.0, frequency analysis, test to examine research questions. Results: The vocational rehabilitation specialists had an average of 1.33 years and 9 hours of in-service education experiences. That is, in-service education time and experiences were found to be inadequate. As a cause, it was found that there was no time for participation or the internal factors of the institutions. Also, the experience rate of non-metropolitan area in-service education was lower than that of the metropolitan area. Through the analysis of needs, it was found that it would be necessary to operate the in-service education time from 1 day to 2 nights and 3 days. The necessary curriculums were surveyed as 'Job Development and Strategy', 'Job Search · Job Matching', and 'Labor Market Analysis'. Conclusion: In order to develop appropriate programs and support, it is necessary to structure and mandate vocational rehabilitation in-service education system for Community Rehabilitation Center. Second, considering the regional characteristics and differences of the Community Rehabilitation Centers, vocational rehabilitation in-service education should be diversified. Finally, practical and case-oriented in-service education should be strengthened.
