젠커게실의 치료는 다양한 방법이 있으며 표준 치료는 정립되지 않았다. 이에 대한 장기간 비교연구가 필요하겠지만 투명 캡을 장착하고, swift 응고 모드로 침형절개도를 이용하여 윤상인두근 절제하는 연성 내시경 치료는 안전하고 효과적인 치료 방법이다. 저자들은 성공적으로 윤상인두근을 절개하여 젠커게실을 치료한 증례를 문헌고찰과 함께 보고한다.
Abstract
Zenker diverticulum is a rare condition with a reported prevalence of0.01% to 0.11% in the general population. Challenges that can arise when treating a Zenker diverticulum through flexible endoscopy include maintaining a stable position and avoiding hemorrhage or perforation. Nevertheless, this approach is associated with less morbidity and a shorter hospital stay than conventional treatment consisting of open surgery or rigid endoscopic treatment with diverticuloscopy. We report a case of transparent cap-assisted flexible endoscopic septoplasty using a needle knife.
