연구문제 또는 목적: 본 연구는 임금근로 장애인의 사회활동참여가 행복감에 어떠한 영향이 있는지와 이들 간의 관계에서 자기효능감은 행복감을 높여주기 위한 매개효과가 있는지를 검증하고자 한다. 연구방법: 이에 본 연구는 한국장애인고용공단 산하 장애인고용개발원에서 2022년에 제공한 장애인고용패널 2차웨이브 7차년도 자료를 활용하였다. 매개효과의 분석은 SPSS의 회귀분석 방법을 사용하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 임금근로 장애인의 사회활동참여는 그들의 행복감에 정적(+)인 영향을 보였다, 둘째, 임금근로 장애인의 사회활동참여는 자기효능감에 정적(+)인 영향을 보였다. 셋째, 임금근로 장애인의 자기효능감은 행복감에 정적(+)인 영향을 나타냈다. 넷째, 자기효능감은 임금근로 장애인의 사회활동참여와 행복감 간을 매개하는 것을 검증하였다. 결론 또는 시사점: 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 임금근로 장애인의 낮은 사회활동참여로 인해 낮아질 수 있는 그들의 행복감을 자기효능감의 향상을 통해 높일 수 있는 방안과 함께 논의 및 함의를 제시하였다.
Abstract
Purpose: This study aims to verify how wage workers with disabilities' participation in social activities affects happiness, and whether self-efficacy has a mediating effect to increase happiness in their relationship. Method: In response, this study utilized data from the 7th year of the 2nd Wave of the Disabled Employment Panel provided in 2022 by the Employment Development Institute for the Disabled under the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled. For the analysis of the mediating effect, SPSS's regression analysis method was used. Results: First, the participation of wage workers with disabilities in social activities showed a positive (+) effect on their happiness, and second, the participation of wage workers with disabilities in social activities showed a positive (+) effect on self-efficacy. Third, the self-efficacy of wage workers with disabilities showed a positive (+) effect on happiness. Fourth, it was verified that self-efficacy mediates the participation and happiness of wage workers with disabilities in social activities. Conclusion and Implications: Based on these findings, this study suggested ways to increase their happiness, which can be lowered by low participation in social activities of wage workers with disabilities, and suggested discussions and implications through improvement of self-efficacy.
