사건현장 검사를 위해 변현된 SALlgAE 타액검사법의 유효성 검토

본 연구에서는 사건 현장 증거물에서 타액반의 확인을 위해 개발된 SALIgAE® 시약의 유효성 을 검토하였다. SALIgAE® 검사법의 상세한 작용 기작에 대해서는 상업적 이유 등으로 잘 알려져 있지 않아 실험을 통해 민감도와 특이성을 검토하였으며, 이를 기존의 타액검사 방법인 아가로스 겔 확산법 및 Phadebas® 검사법과 비교하였다. 사건 현장에서 경제적이며 쉽고 신속하게 타액검사를 수행할 수 있 도록 SALIgAE® 검사법을 변형하였는데, 5분 이내에 1/600 이상 희석된 타액까지 확인이 가능하였다. 타 액 이외의 인체 분비물(정액, 질액, 뇨, 땀, 콧물)은 5분 이내에 SALIgAE® 검사 양성반응을 보이지 않았 다. 또한 SALIgAE® 검사 시약은 상온에서도 높은 안정성을 보여 법과학 실험실에서는 물론 사건 현장 에서도 유용하게 사용할 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다.
Abstract
A new forensic saliva test method using SALIgAEwas evaluated in this study. The sensitivityand specificity of SALIgAEwere examined and compared to those of other saliva test methods such as agarosegel diffusion method and Phadebastest sheet method. SALIgAEshowed high sensitivity and specificity tohuman saliva in addition to quickness. Moreover modified SALIgAEmethod was cheap and easy to use incrime scene and DNA laboratory.
