목회자 아내의 정서적 고립감 극복을 위한 자기노출과 지지집단 형성

초록

본 연구는 목회자 아내의 정서적 고립감으로 인해 발생하는 심리적, 사회적 문제들을 살펴보고, 이러한 문제들을 해소하기 위한 기독교상담 방안을 모색하는 데 그 목적을 두었다. 목회자 아내가 정서적 고립감으로 인해 경험하게 되는 외로움, 대화상대 부족 및 사회적지지 결여, 자기노출의 제한 등의 문제들이 원활히 해결되지 못할 경우 다양한 심리적, 정신적, 영적 문제들이 발생하여 가정과 목회사역에 부정적 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 그러므로 목회자 아내의 정서적 고립감으로 인해 발생하는 다양한 문제들을 극복하기 위해서는 적절한 자기노출과 지지집단을 통한 사회적 지지망 형성, 부부가 함께 하는 시간 만들기 방법이 바람직하다. 자기노출의 대상, 내용, 방법 등을 고려한 적절한 자기노출은 심리적 정화작용을 하고, 타인과 의미있는 관계를 형성한다. 또한 목회자 아내는 지지집단을 통해 자신의 문제를 솔직하게 드러냄으로써 공감, 격려, 위로를 받고, 심리적, 정신적, 영적 지원을 받게 된다. 또한 부부가 시간을 내어 대화하고 휴식을 취하며 함께 기도하는 것이다. 이와 같이 목회자 아내의 정서적 고립감 문제를 해결하는 것은 목회자 가정을 세우고, 하나님 나라를 회복하는 데 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.

Abstract

This is to clarify that self-disclosure and support group for overcoming psychological isolation of a pastor's wife. This research dealt with psychological problems including emotional isolation and spiritual difficulty of a pastor's wife for the lack of self-disclosure and communication. Anguish of a pastor's wife has a adverse effect on a pastor and church members. A pastor's wife ought to consider objects, contents, and methods of self-disclosure in their church. Self-disclosure is apt to make a psychological catharsis and to make a significant relationship with church members. Also, a pastors wife is going to take empathy, encouragement, and comfort by honest self-disclosure through support group. To solve psychological problem, and spiritual difficulty of a pastor's wife is to build healthy pastor's family, and sound local church. Accordingly, a church should be concerned about psychological and spiritual health of a pastor's wife, and to grope for methods to resolve problems of a pastor's wife.
