SP(슬래그분말) 및 HCFA(고칼슘 저품위 플라이애시)를 사용하여 2종류의 무기결합재를 개발하였다.
Abstract
As the demand for carbon neutrality and eco-friendly technologies has increased recently, Korea is also experiencing a high demand for related technologies. In response to these changes in technological demand, this study developed inorganic binders using industrial by-products for soil nailing grouting and evaluated their field applicability. Two types of inorganic binders were developed using SP (slag powder) and HCFA (high-calcium low-quality fly ash). The developed inorganic binders replaced 70% of cement with industrial by-products, and both two types were found to have a 28-day compressive strength in excess of the standard strength of 24MPa, showing their potential for use as grouting materials. Additionally, compressive strength measurements with the use of set accelerators all exceeded the 28-day compressive strength standard. However, it was found that the strength decreased as the used amount of accelerator increased. Based on these results, two field pull-out tests were conducted. Although the grout compressive strengths varied significantly between materials (34.4 ~ 43.8 MPa), the average pull-out loads were similar, ranging from 272.33 to 278.21 kN/ea. These results showed the strong potential of the two types of inorganic binders developed in this study for use as soil nailing grouting materials.
