위축아동을 위한 모래상자치료 사례 연구

본 연구는 위축감과 낮은 자아개념 변화를 위한 모래상자치료 사례 연구이다. 연구대상은 만 10세 남아로 심리적, 정서적 위축행동과 낮은 자존감으로 인하여 또래간의 소통과 적응상의 어려움을 호소하여 S상담복지센터에 의뢰되어 2014년 7월부터 2015년 5월까지 주1회 총35회기 실시하였다. 연구도구는 모래상자치료 과정으로 Kalff의 자아발달단계 분석 준거와 위축행동 측정도구와 자아개념 측정도구를 사용하였다. 연구결과, Kalff의 자아발달단계는 동․식물의 단계(1단계)에서는 신뢰감, 방어적, 긴장, 미숙한 조절능력과 퇴행을 표현하였으며, 투쟁단계(2단계)에서는 긍정적 부정적 감정 표출로 변화가능성과 자신의 욕구를 표현 하였으며, 적응단계(3단계)에서는 자아발달로 개인과 집단 안에서 표현하고 적응하는 모습을 보였다. 즉, 본 사례연구는 모래상자치료라는 매체를 활용한 상담으로 위축행동과 자아감 회복으로 자신의 권리를 표현하였으며 위축감과 자아감 회복으로 일상에서 개인의 욕구와 의지를 적극적으로 표현하는데 돕고자 하였다.
Abstract
This Study is the Sandtray Case study for alternation of Atrophy and low self concept. The target of the study is 10 years’ old child who were suffering atrophy behaviors in mental and emotion, thus had difficulties in communicating and adapting with friends. The target child requested a help to S welfare counselling center and the study had progressed from July 2014 to May 2015 once a week, totally 35 times. The Kalff’s ego development level analysis criteria and Atrophy behavior measuring tool and ego-concept measuring tool were utilized for Sandtray therapy process. In conclusion, Kalff’s ego-development level shows trust, defensive, immature in regulation and regression in Animal and Plant level(first level), in the struggle level(second level), it shows positive and negative emotions which express the potential of change and self-desire. Lastly, in the adaptation level(Third level), target can show expression and adaptation both in individual and organization. Therefore, this case study expressed that sandtray therapy can be a tool for elevating ego-feelings and rights, which can recover atrophy and sense of self.
