시뮬레이션 실습에서 전통적 방법과 간호과정 적용 방법과의 비교연구: 문제해결능력, 비판적 사고와 임상수행능력 중심으로

본 연구는 간호대학생들을 대상으로 전통적인 시뮬레이션 교육과 간호과정을 적용한 시뮬레이션 교육을 수행한 효과를 문제해결능력, 비판적사고, 임상수행능력으로 비교한 대조군 사후 설계연구이다. 연구대상자는 D시의 3년제 간호과 3학년 학생 112명으로 한 군은 간호과정을 적용한 시뮬레이션 실습을, 다른 한 군은 기존의 전통적 시뮬레이션 실습을 시행하였으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 program을 사용하여 chi-test, Fisher’s test와 t-test로 비교하였다. 연구결과, 전통적 시뮬레이션 실습군과 간호과정을 적용한 시뮬레이션 실습군의 문제해결능력, 비판적 사고와 임상수행능력은 모두 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 이 연구는 간호과정을 적용한 시뮬레이션의 효과를 검증하는 기초연구로서 그 의의가 있다고 사료된다. 비록 본 연구의 결과로 간호과정을 적용한 시뮬레이션교육과 전통적인 방법의 시뮬레이션교육의 차이를 확인할 수는 없었지만, 본 연구는 두 교수방법의 차이가 보이지 않았다는 점에서 연구의 의의를 찾을 수 있겠다. 본 연구에서는 사전조사가 수행되지 않았으므로 간호과정 적용 시뮬레이션 교육의 효과를 재확인하기 위한 추후 반복연구가 필요하겠다.
Abstract
This study was to compare effects between traditional simulation practice and simulation practice with nursing process in problem solving, critical thinking and clinical competency of nursing students. This research was a post-test only control group design. The subjects consisted 112 junior nursing students from Y college, Daegu, Korea. The collected data were analyzed with chi-test, Fisher‘s test, t-test and cronbach’s α a using SPSS 21.0 program. Total score of problem solving, critical thinking and clinical competency were not differences between traditional simulation group and simulation group with nursing process. Although this results did not support effects of simulation with nursing process comparing with traditional simulation practice, this study was worth to try it because there had not been done like this. Repeated studies were had to be done in order to clear the effects of simulation with nursing process because pretest was not done in this study.
