한국노인의 성 연구 동향 분석

본 연구는 국내에서 수행된 노인의 성 관련 연구동향을 분석하여 노인의 건강한 성문화와 미래지향적이며 긍정적이고, 적극적인 노년기 성 연구의 방향을 모색하고자 실시되었다. 연구자료는 인터넷 학술 정보 사이트 RISS(한국교육학술정보원), KISS(한국학술정보)를 이용하여 1990년대부터 2015년까지 발표된 학술논문 104편을 검색하였으며, 이 중 선정기준에 부합되는 국내학술논문 87편을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 노인의 성 연구는 ①연도별 연구시기 분석, ②연구주제별 분석, ③연구출처별 분석, ④연구방법별 분석, ⑤연구대상자별 분석, ⑥핵심키워드별 분석으로 비교 분류하였다. 결론적으로, 백세시대 고령노인들을 위한 다차원적이고 세분화된, 구체적인 성 연구를 더욱 활성화시키고, 노인복지실천현장에 적용하여야 하며, 노인특성별 맞춤형 정책개발 및 지역거주노인의 욕구지원전략을 위한 융복합적인 노년기 성 연구가 다 학문적으로 수행되어야 할 것이다. 따라서, 한국노인의 성 연구를 국가차원의 사회적 과제로 인식시키고, 정책지원 활성화방안에 기여하는데 연구의의가 있다.
Abstract
This study was performed to propose the elderly healthy sex culture and future-oriented, positive and active direction of the elderly sex study by analysing the trend of studies in elderly sex performed in Korea. A total of 104 research articles that have been published from 1990’s to 2015 were searched using internet research information resource, RISS and KISS and among them, 87 Korean research articles that meet the selection criteria were analyzed. As a result of the study, the elderly sex studies have been compared and classified into ① a research chronology analysis by year, ② an analysis by research subject, ③ an analysis by research source, ④ an analysis by research method, ⑤ an analysis by subject and ⑥ an analysis by keyword. In conclusion, multidimensional and specific researches on the elderly sex in the generation of longevity should be activated more, it should be applied to social work practice fields for the elderly, policies that are focused on features by the elder should be developed and integrated and complex studies on old ages should be multidisciplinary conducted for a desire support strategy for the elderly in community. Therefore, the significance of this study lies in the fact it could make sex research of Korean elders be recognized as nation-wide social issues and contribute to devising measures for policy support vitalization.
