국내외 초등학교 내 중정공간의 형태와 유형에 관한 비교연구를 통한 특성 분석

연구의 목적은 우리나라 초등학교의 교사 배치에 있어서 중정을 포함하고 있는 국외의 중정형 초등학교와의 비교를 통해 중정배치의 형태와 유형을 규명하고자 한다. 연구의 방법으로는 첫째, 관련문헌조사를 통해 중정의 개념과 변천과정 및 공간구성 특성을 살펴보고, 둘째, 국내, 국외의 조사대상 중정형 초등학교를 선정하여 이를 토대로 각 건물의 건축개요, 설계개념, 각종 도면 등의 자료를 수집하고, 이를 토대로 중정이 가지는 유형을 분석 및 연구하고자 한다. 국내, 외 중정형 초등학교를 비교 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출할 수 있다. 첫째, 중정의 형태에 따른 분류를 분석한 결과 거의 모든 형태는 사각형으로 나타나고 있다. 둘째, 중정의 배치는 중심부 3면형 50%, 중심형 25%, 나머지 자유 분산형, 건물사이 손가락형으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중정의 단면에 따른 분류는 고층 단면형과 복합단면형이 가장 많이 나타나고 필로티, 썬큰형이 하나씩 나타나고 있다. 결론적으로 국내의 초등학교는 형태는 사각형, 배치는 중심부 3면형, 단면은 고층 단면형 및 복합 단면형으로 계획 되어지고 있으나 국외 사례는 다양하게 나타나고 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of the study is to inquired into the type of lay-out of elementary school included courtyard through research compared with cases of domestic and foreign country. Korea and though the comparison the type of domestic and foreign case. The method of the study is as follows. First, the changes of courtyard concepts and the characters of space orgarnization will be drawn. Second, the domestic and foreign cases of the courtyard-typed elementary school will be chosen, and then some planning Data such as architecture scheme, design concepts and drawings will be collected. So the types of courtyard-typed elementary will be drawn. The results through the comparison research the courtyard-typed elementary school between domestic and foreign area are as follows. The domestic elementary school was mainly planned as quadrangular-type in view of shape, planned as center three-sided type in view of layout and planned as high-rise section type and complex section type in view of elevation section. But the foreign cases of elementary school have various courtyard type.
