한국과 일본 재가노인의 일상생활활동과 심리적 복지감에 관한 연구

본 연구는 급속한 고령화의 진전속도와 사회문화적 배경이 유사한 한국과 일본의 지역사회에 거주하는 노인들의 일상생활활동과 심리적 복지감을 살펴보고, 한국보다 앞서 고령화를 맞이한 선진고령국가의 복지대책의 시사점을 얻고자 한일 공동 고령자복지 연구의 일부로서 실시되었다. 연구대상은 한국과 일본의 노인복지관과 노인대학, 시니어클럽 연합회, 실버자원봉사 센터에서 연구 참여에 자발적으로 동의한 노인들을 대상으로 일대일 면접방식의 설문조사로 실시되었다. 본 연구를 통하여 한국과 일본 노인들의 실제 일상생활활동과 심리적 복지감에 따른 공통점 및 차이점을 토대로 초고령 한국사회의 행복하고 활력적인 노인복지 대응방안을 모색하는데 연구의의가 있다. 이는 장수국가 일본의 다양한 시사점을 통해 고령한국의 노인복지 실천현장에 적용할 수 있는 한국노인 특성에 기반한 융복합적 정책개발 및 인생후반기 성공적인 삶을 위해 한국 고령 노인의 다차원적 욕구에 부합된 지원전략을 위한 기초자료가 될 것이다.
Abstract
This study was conducted as a part of Korea-Japan joint research in order to research the Psychological wellbeing and daily living activity of Korean and Japanese elderly with similar sociocultural background and rapid aging speed, to obtain the implications for welfare plan from advanced aging countries which have faced the aging society ahead of South Korea. The study targeted the elderly who have participated the survey in elderly college, Senior Club Association and Silver Volunteer Center in South Korea and Japan, one to one interview type survey was conducted. It is meaningful to search the countermeasures for happy and energetic elderly welfare system in super-aged Korean society based on the commonalities and differences of actual daily life activity and wellbeing felt by Korean and Japanese elderly through this study. It will be the basic data for support strategy which corresponds the needs of Korean elderly, and the integrated and fused policy development based on the Korean elderly characteristics which can be applied to the actual site for elderly welfare through various implications of elderly countries.
