간호대학생의 간호사 이미지, 심리적 안녕감, 진로결정수준이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 간호대학생의 간호사 이미지, 심리적 안녕감, 진로결정수준, 진로준비 행동의 정도를 파악하고 각 변수 간 상관관계와 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명할 목적으로 실시하였다. 자료 수집은 지방의 2개 4년제 종합 대학과 2개의 전문대학에 재학 중인 400명의 간호 대학생을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 20.0을 이용하여 T-test, ANOVA, 상관관계 분석과 다중회귀 분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 간호사 이미지는 평균 3.89±0.43점이었고, 심리적 안녕감은 4.03±0.46, 진로결정수준은 2.80±0.42, 진로준비행동은 2.47±0.43 이었다. 간호대학생의 간호사이미지, 심리적 안녕감, 진로결정수준과 진로준비행동은 각 변수 간에 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인은 심리적 안녕감, 간호사이미지, 진로결정수준, 학년이었고 총 설명력은 20.1%였다. 따라서 간호대학생의 진로준비행동을 향상시키기 위하여 간호사이미지, 심리적 안녕감, 진로결정수준을 향상시킬 필요가 있다.
Abstract
Purpose: This study was done to explore the relationship Nurses Image, psychological wellbeing , career decision level on career preparation behavior and related factors. Methods: Nurses Image, psychological wellbeing, career decision level on career preparation behavior scales were used as the measurement tools with a sample of 400 students from 2 universities and 1 college in J-city and 1 college in U-city. T-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 20.0 version were used to analyze the collected data. Results: Nurses Image, psychological wellbeing, career decision level was positively correlated with career preparation behavior . Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that 20.1 % by the variables. Conclusion: These results suggest that earlier screening and intervention programs for low nurses image, low psychological wellbeing, and career decision level in nursing student should be helpful in developing and assisting student career preparation behavior.
