성인의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 성역할 고정관념의 차이에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 한국 성인의 인구사회학적 특성에 따라 성역할에 대한 고정관념 차이가 어떻게 발생하는지를 밝히는 것이다. 연구를 위하여 한국복지패널 10차년도(2015년)의 자료 중 20세 이상 성인의 응답자를 분석 대상으로 하였으며, 총 12660명이다. 인구사회학적 특성에 따라 독립표본 t 검증 및 일원변량 분산분석으로 분석한 결과, 성별, 연령, 교육수준, 지역, 종교, 가구경제수준에 따라 여성의 노동시장 참여와 가족책임의 충돌에 대한 인식과 젠더의 역할에 대한 관념의 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 성별, 연령, 지역, 가구경제수준에 따라 일과 가족생활 양립의 어려움 정도의 차이를 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 한국 성인의 성역할 고정관념이 다양한 인구사회학적 특성에 의해 차이를 보이고 일정한 패턴으로 나타나지 않는다는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 또한, 성역할 고정관념에 대한 재인식을 위하여 다양한 인구사회학적 특성을 세밀하게 고려한 양성평등 정책의 개발에 대한 함의를 제공한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the difference of gender-role stereotype according to sociodemographic characteristics of adults in Korea. This research analyzed data of 12660 persons from 10th data of the Korea Welfare Panel Study (2015). And this research utilized the independent group t test and Oneway ANOVA method. Results showed that there were significant difference of perception of confliction of labor participation and family responsibility and perception of gender-role according to gender, age, education, residental community, religion and economic status of family. As well, there were significant difference of perception of compatibility of work and family life according to gender, age, residental community and economic status of family. This finding suggest gender equality policy suitable for various socio-demographic characteristics in order to eliminate the gender-role stereotype of adults in Korea.
