본 연구는 혼종모형을 이용하여 nurse dose의 정의를 규명하고 그 속성을 파악하고자 시도된 개념분석 연구이다. 연구의 진행은 이론적 단계와 현장작업 단계, 최종분석 단계로 진행되었다. Nurse dose의 개념분석을 위한 이론적 단계로 국외 DB OVID-Medline, CIHNAIL, PubMed와 국내 DB KoreaMED, 국립중앙도서관, 국회도서관, 국가과학기술전자도서관, KISS, RISS을 통해 최종 40편의 문헌을 분석하였다. 현장 분석단계에서는 2016년 9월부터 2016년 11월까지 수간호사 이상의 간호관리자 4인을 대상으로 심층면담을 시행하였다. 최종 분석 결과, nurse dose의 6가지 속성으로 실무경험, 교육, 간호시간, 환자와 간호사간 상호작용, 조직몰입, 공감능력이 도출되었고 이를 포괄하는 nurse dose의 개념으로 간호생산성을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 임상 실무에서 모호하게 사용되어 제대로 평가받지 못하는 nurse dose 개념 속성을 확인하였다. 이는 대상자에게 행해지는 간호의 성과를 측정할 수 있는 기초자료를 제시하고 간호의 질을 향상시키는 근거자료가 될 수 있을 것이며 나아가 대상자의 간호만족도 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
This study was conducted to analyze the concept of nurse dose using a hybrid model. The approach included theoretical, field work, and final analysis stages. For the theoretical stage, we searched Ovid-Medline, CINAHL, PubMed and KoreaMed, the National Library of KOREA, the National Assembly Library, NDSL, KISS and RISS databases for relevant articles. Of them, 40 documents were included in the final analysis. For the field work phase, in-depth interviews were conducted with four nursing managers. Six attributes of nurse doses were discovered, which were practical experience, degree of education, time spent in nursing the patient, interaction between patient and nurse, commitment to the organization and empathy. Nurse productivity was shown to be a concept covering nurse dose. Thus, this study confirmed the concept of nurse dose, which is ambiguous in clinical practice and can-not be properly evaluated. The conceptual analysis of nurse doses in the clinical nursing field will provide the basis for improvement in the quality of nursing, and it will contribute to the improvement of patients' satisfaction.
