본 연구의 목적은 일 개 신설간호학과 학생이 처음 겪는 임상실습경험에 대해 면담과 관찰을 통하여 신설간호학과의 어려움과 임상현장에서 부딪히는 문제점에서 실질적인 임상실습을 돕는 자료를 제공하는데 있다. 또한 이와 더불어 그들의 문화적 특이성을 찾는 데에도 목적을 둔다. 기존 간호대학의 경우 지식의 전달과 함께 관련 전문직의 전통과 선후배 관계를 형성하여, 학생이 대학생활을 통해 교과과정을 이수하고 취업과 그 전문직에서의 경력 개발에 이르기까지 많은 영향을 주고 있으나 신설 간호대학에서는 모든 것을 스스로 해결해야만 하는 어려움이 있다. 이에 신설간호대학 학생들의 임상실습경험을 토대로 기초자료를 파악하고 문화적 특이성을 찾기 위한 질적 연구로서 임상 실습 현장으로 들어가 참여관찰과 면담을 시행한 결과 사고확장의 어려움, 인간관계의 어려움, 자아성찰이 도출되었다. 이에 본 연구는 신설간호학과 학생들의 임상실습 체험을 연구하여 원만한 임상실습을 할 수 있도록 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to present the clinical practical experiences of the new nursing laboratory through interviews and observation of the clinical practical experiences of the new nursing laboratory and to provide practical clinical practice in the context of the difficulties encountered in the clinical word. In addition, they aim to find their cultural uniqueness. In addition to the transfer of knowledge, it is difficult for students to complete their curriculum and career experiences with their college counterparts, but it is difficult for students to complete their courses through college life and career advancement, but in the new nursing college, it is difficult to solve everything. Based on the clinical practical experiences of the new nursing college students, the difficulties of finding the basic data and conducting a formal investigation of the cultural singularity resulted in the difficulty of finding difficulties, difficulties, difficulties, and introspection of human relations. The study aims to provide basic clinical practice for researching the clinical practice of new nurses and students.
