공간 빅데이타 현황 및 활용 방안에 대한 연구

최근 국내외 정부기관들에서 빅데이타 활용을 위해 공공 빅데이타를 개방하고 있다. 그러나 개방된 공공 빅데이타들은 제공하는 기관에 따라 데이터 형식과 분류 방법이 다르며 업데이트 주기나 통계 단위의 불일치 등 사용자의 편의성을 고려하지 못하고 있다. 이에 따라, 본 논문에서는 국내 공공 공간 빅데아타 현황을 조사 및 분석하고 공공 공간 빅데이타 활용 방안에 대하여 연구하였다. 공간 빅데이타 활용 활성화를 위해서 본 논문에서는 데이터 내용에 대한 스키마를 표로 정리하고 각 스키마 항목들에 대한 설명, 내용(예시), 단위 등의 요약을 제공, 공공 빅데이터 분석 및 응용 개발을 위한 사용자의 입장에서는 상대적으로 접근하기 편한 API와 xls, xml 등의 데이터 형식으로 제공, 제공되는 데이터들과 관련된 세밀한 카테고리나 주제 분류 그리고 좀 더 자세한 요약 정보 제공, 통계 단위 일원화, 업데이트 주기 관리, 민간 공간 빅데이타 개방 등 여러 가지 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 앞으로 이러한 개선 방안들이 적용된다면 보다 다양한 산업 분야에서 공간 빅데이타가 활용될 것이고 더불어 질 좋은 서비스가 가능해질 것이다.
Abstract
Recently, in order to utilize big data from domestic and foreign government agencies, we are releasing public big data. However, the released public big data does not consider the user's convenience, such as data format and classification method differs depending on the institution to be provided, such as inconsistency in update period or statistical unit. As a result, in this thesis, we investigated and analyzed the current situation of the public spatial Big Data in the country and studied the method of using big data in the public spatial. In this paper, we present the schema of data contents in a tabular form, and provide summaries of descriptions, contents (examples) and units of each schema items, In terms of relative accessibility, APIs are provided in data formats such as xls and xml, detailed category and subject classification related to the data provided, and more detailed summary information, unity of statistical units, update period management, private space Big Data And openness. If these improvement measures are applied in the future, the space big data will be used in various industrial fields and quality service will be possible.
