게슈탈트 심리치료의 효과에 관한 메타분석 : 국내 학술지 논문을 중심으로

본 연구는 지난 10여 년간 국내에서 이루어진 게슈탈트 심리치료 효과에 대한 선행연구들을 바탕으로, 심리적 강화변인군, 심리적 억제변인군, 사회적·정서 변인군의 치료적 효과를 나타낸 변인들에 대해 메타분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 변인군별 효과크기를 살펴보면, 심리적 강화변인군의 효과크기가 0.524, 심리적 억제변인군의 효과크기가 -0.605, 사회적·정서 변인군의 효과크기가 0.460으로 유의미한 효과를 나타내는 신뢰구간의 95%에 해당되었다. 또한 출판년도에 따른 변화 추이를 알아보기 위해 게슈탈트 심리치료와 관련된 변인들의 효과크기 연속형 변수들과 출판년도의 관계를 메타분석한 결과, 기울기 추정값 0.035로 95% 신뢰구간에서 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 2015년도에 가까울수록 게슈탈트 심리치료의 효과가 높아지고 있음을 의미한다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 치료적 촉진 하위요인에 따른 게슈탈트 심리치료의 다양한 효과를 효율적으로 안내하여 게슈탈트 심리치료와 관련된 후속 연구의 방향성을 제시하고, 게슈탈트 심리치료 분야에서 실질적으로 필요한 기초 자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
This study was conducted to analyze the effects of Gestalt psychotherapy. Based on the previous studies on Gestalt psychotherapy, we examined the effect sizes among the variables(psychological reinforcement, psychological suppression, social emotional variables). The results showed that the effect size of the psychological reinforcement group was 0.524, the effect size of the psychological suppression group was -0.605, and the effect size of the social and emotional group was 0.460. Also, meta-analysis of the relationship between the continuous year variable and the effect size of the variables related to Gestalt psychotherapy showed a statistically significant at the 95% confidence interval with a slope estimate of 0.035. These results show that the closer the year 2015 is, the higher the effectiveness of Gestalt psychotherapy. Based on the results of this study, we could present the direction of subsequent research related to Gestalt psychotherapy by efficiently guiding the effect of Gestalt psychotherapy, and will provide the necessary basic data in the field of Gestalt psychotherapy.
