자기성장 프로그램이 청소년의 자기효능감, 대인관계, 자아존중감에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 자기성장 프로그램 집단상담이 청소년기 중학생의 자기효능감, 대인관계, 자아존중감에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위해 B시에 소재한 J중학교 3학년 학생들 20명 중 실험집단 10명, 통제집단 10명을 대상으로 자기성장 프로그램 집단상담을 실시하였다. 총 10회에 걸쳐 1회기 60분으로 집단상담을 실시하였으며, 사전 검사와 사후 검사를 진행하였다. 자료는 Mann-Whitney U test를 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 자기성장 프로그램 집단상담이 자기효능감, 대인관계, 자아존중감 향상에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자기성장 프로그램 집단상담에 참여한 실험집단은 참여하지 않은 통제집단에 비해 자기효능감, 대인관계 및 자아존중감에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 청소년기 중학생을 대상으로 한 자기성장 프로그램 집단상담이 자기효능감, 대인관계 및 자아존중감을 높이는데 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 시사한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of self growth program group counseling on self - efficacy, interpersonal relationship and self - esteem of adolescent middle school students. To do this, we conducted self growth program group counseling on 10 experimental group and 10 control group among the 3rd grade 20 students of J middle school in B city. The group counseling was carried out total 10 times, 60 minutes per session and pre & post-test was implemented. Data were analyzed by the Mann-Whitney U test. The results of the study show the effects of self growth program group counseling on enhancing self-efficacy, interpersonal relationship, and self-esteem. In addition, there was the significant difference of self-efficacy, interpersonal relationship, and self-esteem in the experimental group who participated in self growth program group counseling compared to the control group who did not take part in it. These results suggest that self growth program group counseling aiming at middle school students during adolescence may have a positive effect on enhancing self-efficacy, interpersonal relationship and self-esteem.
