중년 남성의 자아 존중감, 삶의 만족도 및 우울 정도가 가족기능에 미치는 영향

연구목적: 본 연구는 중년 남성의 자아존중감, 삶의 만족도, 우울 및 가족기능 정도를 파악하고 가족기능에 영향을 미치는 영향요인을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구방법: I시 공공기관에 근무하는 40세이상 60세 미만의 중년남성 120명을 대상으로 실시한 서술적 조사연구이며, 자료 분석은 SPSS/Win 23.0을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA와 Scheffe`s test, Person`s correlation, stepwise multiple regression 으로 분석하였다. 연구결과: 대상자의 일반적 특성 중 건강상태가 자아존중감(F=7.31, p<.001), 삶의 만족도(F=6.47, p=.002), 가족기능(F=3.48, p=.034)에 유의한 변수로 나타났으며, 가족 기능에 영향을 미치는 영향 요인은 자아존중감, 삶의 만족도, 건강상태로 32.1%의 설명력을 보였다. 결론: 본 연구 결과를 토대로 중년 남성의 자아존중감과 삶의 만족도를 높이고 우울감을 감소시켜 긍정적인 가족기능을 향상시키기 위한 다양한 간호중재 개발과 지속적인 연구가 필요할 것이다.
Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the affecting factors of self-esteem, life satisfaction, depression on the family functioning of middle-aged man`s Methods: A total of 120 middle-aged men between 40 and 60 years old working in I city public institutions. Data was analyzed by frequencies, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe`s test, Person`s correlation, Stepwise multiple regression via SPSS Statistics 23.0. Results: Significant variable according to general characteristics of Self-Esteem, life satisfaction, Family Functioning, were health status. In stepwise multiple regression, Self-Esteem(β=.43,p<.001), Life Satisfaction(β=.15,p=.001) and Health status(β=2.00,p=.026) were predictors of family functioning(F=19.99, p<.001, Adjusted R2=.32). Conclusions: Based on the results of this study, various nursing intervention development and continuous research will be needed to improve self-esteem and life satisfaction of middle-aged men and reduce depression and improve family function.
