본 연구는 노인의 사회적 자본과 자기효능감이 우울에 미치는 영향을 검증하여 우울을 감소시키는 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 본 조사는 k시에 거주하는 노인을 대상으로 자기입식 설문조사를 통해 얻어진 자료 497부를 최종 분석 자료로 활용하였다. 본 연구결과 노인의 사회적 자본과 자기효능감은 우울과는 부(-)적 상관관계를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 노인의 사회적 자본과 자기효능감이 우울에 미치는 영향을 위계적 회귀분석 한 결과는 사회적 자본의 하위변수인 관계망(β=.130, p<.05), 자기효능감의 하위변수인 자기수용감(β=.242, p<.001), 자기성취감(β=.149, p<.01), 사회적 효능감(β=.121, p<.05)이 우울에 영향력을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 표준화 회귀계수를 볼 때 자기효능감의 하위변수인 자기수용감이 가장 높은 영향력을 가지고 있는 것으로 설명량은 12.4%였다(F=39.102. p<.001). 이러한 결과는 노인의 자기효능감의 수용감은 우울을 감소시키는 요인으로 큰 영향력을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 노인의 자기수용감을 증진시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하여야 한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of social capital and self - efficacy on the depression of the elderly. This study used 497 data from the self-investigation questionnaire for the elderly living in k city as the final analysis data. As a result, The social capital and self - efficacy of the elderly showed a negative correlation with depression. The results of the regression analysis of social capital and self-efficacy of the elderly on the depression showed that the relationship between self-efficacy and self-efficacy (β = .130, p <.05) (P <.001), self-esteem (β = .149, p <.01) and social efficacy (β = .121, p <.05) were found to have an influence on depression. When the standardized regression coefficient is examined, the explanatory variable is 12.4% (F = 39.102, p <.001). These results the acceptance of the elderly self - efficacy was found to have a great influence on depression. Therefore, it is necessary to find ways to improve the sense of self - acceptance of the elderly.
