전문대학 공학계열 특성화 지원사업과 주문식교육 지원사업 재정지원의 결정요인

본 연구는 전문대학 재정지원사업 중 공학계열 지원사업과 주문식교육 지원사업을 대상으로 평가과정에 관한 내용을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 구체적으로 재정지원의 대상인 전문대학의 교육여건, 재정지원 평가에 사용되었던 변수 -교육여건과 실적, 사업계획 및 내용, 사업성과 -전문대학 회귀분석을 이용하여 지원금액이 평가변수들에 의하여 어떻게 설명되고 예측되는 지를 분석하였다.분석결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 공학계열과 주문식교육에 재정지원을 신청했던 대학의 교육여건에 대한 분석 결과, 수도권 대학이 비수도권 대학보다 학생에 대한 투자가 상대적으로 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 상관관계분석에서 공학계열과 주문식교육은 수도권과 비수도권에서 공통적으로 사업계획 및 내용과 사업성과 간에 높은 상관관계를 나타내었다. 셋째, 회귀분석결과 공학계열과 주문식교육에서 수도권 및 비수도권에서 공통적으로 사업계획 및 내용이 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구결과는 재정지원사업에 대한 많은 기초정보를 이해관계자에게 제공할 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
This study empirically examines the asdequacy on distribution of educational finance by junior colleges of the nation focused on specialization and customized training program. The combination of equality and efficiency of the financial assistance is of substantial importance not only for the procurement of financial resources for the vocational education, but also for the distribution of the resources. The results are : first, the educational environments are better non-national capital region colleges than the national capital region colleges. second, there are significant correlation business plans and business outcomes. finally, there are significant relationship business plans and government-funds by regression analysis.
