The knowledge required in the knowledge based society of the twenty-first century is obtained through the power of creative thought and imagination. The power of imagination and creative thought is the heartland of making cultural, political and scientific creativity through the art based on the freedom. As ‘the culture era’ approaches, the expectation of the creativity and imagination to follow up the gravity of the culture and the changes of the world is transferred into the importance of arts&culture education and this has been continually come up to an issue. The goals of this study are to clarify all the results of business for promoting the policies of art & culture education, analyse currently existing project of supporting an photography education practitioner, indicate problems issued by survey and policy report survey and finally revitalize school-based arts&culture education using issued problems for improvement.
